Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders are processed and shipped through Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

1. Order Processing

  • All PITNU merch is made-to-order by Printful.

  • Production time usually takes 2–5 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Times (Netherlands & EU)

Printful ships from EU facilities. Typical delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 7–10 business days after fulfillment

  • EU countries: 4–8 business days after fulfillment

Holiday peaks may cause delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Carrier rates

Multiple products may ship separately depending on production location.

4. Customs & Duties

For EU customers, no additional customs fees apply.
For non-EU customers, import duties may apply (customer responsibility).

Return & Refund Policy

Because all PITNU products are made-to-order by Printful, we follow Printful’s return and refund rules.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please check the size guidelines before ordering.

2. Refunds or Replacements (When Eligible)

Printful will remake or refund an item ONLY if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a printing error

  • The item is defective

  • The order is lost in transit

To request a replacement:

Email hello@pitnu.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and problem

We will submit the claim to Printful on your behalf.

3. Wrong Address

If the customer enters an incorrect shipping address:

  • Printful cannot refund the order

  • Customer must place a new order

4. Returns to Sender

If a package is returned due to failed delivery, wrong address, or unclaimed package:

  • Printful may charge reshipping fees

  • Customer is responsible for reshipping costs

5. Cancellations

Because items are made-to-order:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If there is a quality issue, we will replace the item per Printful guidelines.
